This year for halloween we decided to dress Ella up as a cow. Simply because it is her only animal sound. It is really cute when you ask her what a cow says (or a sheep, or a dog, or any other animal in fact) she responds with a “MMMMMMM”. I found this super cute costume and couldn’t resist! The weekend was a little hectic on our front since Ella’s birthday party fell on Saturday. We had such a whirlwind weekend full of life’s greatest things…Family, Friends, and celebrating one of God’s greatest gifts! The first birthday party post will have to come later as it is going to be a lengthy one!! On Sunday, we attended Rock the Pumpkin, a fall party put on by our church. It was crazy to watch God work. There was an incredible turn out this year since they held it at a half abandoned mall. The turn out was far beyond what the church had anticipated. The line to get in at one point was wrapped around the other side of the mall. I guess be careful what you ask God for!! Since it was an unseasonably cold weekend they moved everything inside. So it was a little hectic for our ‘lil moo moo but we had fun getting her dressed up and taking a wagon ride through the craziness! On Saturday night, Ella ended up spiking a temperature of 102.9. Poor baby, this flu season has already been rough on her. So Ella wasn’t feeling 100%. We didn’t get too many pictures that night but at least Grandpa, Nonnie, and Uncle Rusty got to see her all dressed up since they were still here from the weekend. So I decided to get her dressed up and get some more pictures before we pack away the costume. Ella had a blast yesterday and continued to carry around her costume and hugging it like it was a stuffed animal long after we changed out of it. We had a blast.
